Has anyone else been following the Victor Scott case? I keep thinking about his family and how unexpected and senseless this tragedy was. It’s terrifying to think that something as trivial as a traffic incident could escalate into such a catastrophic event. I mean, what are the odds that a simple drive, something we all do every day, could end in such unimaginable violence?
I also read that Keon Simms had a prior charge for threatening behavior. It makes me wonder if anything could have been done earlier to prevent this from happening. It’s always alarming to hear about individuals with previous issues who go on to commit serious crimes. The whole situation is just so tragic for both the victim's family and the suspect's family. No one wins in cases like this.
