Hey everyone, I've been following the tragic case of Robert Spencer "ChiChi" Biggers, and something that's been on my mind is the location where it happened—the Lake Dreamland apartment complex. Does anyone know if this area has a history of incidents like this? It seems like a pretty ordinary name for a place with such a devastating event, which makes me wonder if this was truly just an isolated incident or part of a larger pattern in the area. It breaks my heart to think about Robert's family and friends who have to relive their loss every time they hear about similar events. Would love to hear any insights anyone has about the area, or if there's anything being done locally to address safety concerns. Hoping for peace and justice for Robert and his loved ones.
