I've been following Eric Carson's case since it happened, and my heart goes out to his family, especially his children and his mom, Tera. Losing someone to such violence is unfathomable. I read somewhere that Eric was known for his bright smile and positive energy, which makes this even more painful. It’s unbelievable to think someone so loved and cherished could be taken away like this.
One detail that struck me is how this happened in the early hours of the morning. The 4100 block of Hillview Avenue isn't usually known for incidents like this at that time. It makes me wonder if Eric was just in the wrong place at the wrong time, or if someone specifically targeted him. It’s chilling to think about, and I hope the police can get answers soon for Eric's family.
If anyone in the community has seen or heard anything, even if it seems small or irrelevant, I urge you to contact the Shively PD. They need all the help they can get to bring justice for Eric and his loved ones.
Hey everyone, just thinking about the emotional weight Eric Carson's family must have been carrying these past few years. Losing him so suddenly and violently must have felt unbearable, especially around the holidays. I found myself wondering about his children and the incredibly hard holiday season they must have had, trying to cope with their father’s absence. It's been almost three years since Eric's passing, and there haven't been any updates pointing towards justice for his family. I hope the community keeps coming forward with any information, no matter how small, so this family can eventually find some peace. Sending strength to all those who knew Eric.
I’ve been thinking a lot about Eric Carson's case and can't get over the fact that it happened so close to the holidays. It's sad to think his family had to endure such a devastating loss during a time that’s supposed to be filled with joy and togetherness. I can’t imagine what they’ve gone through having to plan a funeral instead of celebrating with him.
Also wondering if the location played a role in any way? Hillview Avenue isn’t exactly known for being the safest area at that time, but these things can happen anywhere, really. Has anyone heard any updates from local news or from people around that area? Hoping someone out there knows something that could bring Eric’s loved ones some peace.
