I just can't shake off how much this case has gotten to me, especially hearing how deeply the community is mourning Dominique's loss. While browsing through the posts and comments here, it struck me how people who knew him personally describe him as genuinely kind-hearted. It makes you wonder, how does something like this happen to someone like him? I've lived in Louisville for a few years, and every time another incident happens, it hits hard. It’s infuriating to see how Dominique's case still hangs in limbo, with no suspects or arrests. I feel for Mike Furman and others who knew him—this is a pain no one should endure. Sadly, violence doesn't just affect the victims; it shatters families and communities. The neighborhood deserves some peace, and this family deserves some answers. I urge anyone who might know anything, no matter how insignificant it may seem, to reach out to authorities. Dominique deserves justice, and we owe it to him, his family, and our community to find it.
