I can't stop thinking about what Draven's family must be going through, especially considering the holidays were right around the corner when they lost him. I read that Draven had just gotten his first car, a Mustang, not too long before this tragedy. It breaks my heart thinking about the kind of future he had ahead of him and how excited he must have been about that car. It's just so senseless that his life was cut short in such a violent way. I really hope that with these arrests, Draven’s family can find some answers, if any can even come from such a loss. It’s important we keep talking about the effects of youth violence and support efforts to prevent more tragedies like this in our community.
