I’ve been following Cody Pollard’s case closely, and it’s so tough to wrap my head around the whole situation. I can't help but feel deeply for Cody’s family and especially his kids. I read somewhere that Cody was known for his positive influence and how he often gave free haircuts to kids before school started. It’s just a tragic reminder of how someone who was making such a difference in their community can be taken away so senselessly. I’ve been thinking about the surveillance footage mentioned in reports - how chilling it must be for authorities to piece everything together from those visuals. It’s really unfortunate that the availability of footage doesn’t immediately lead to swift justice, but I’m hopeful that more details will surface, and the entire picture becomes clear eventually. Also, huge appreciation for the St. Paul Gangs Unit for their work in identifying the suspects involved. Cody and his loved ones deserve justice, and while the work of law enforcement is commendable, it must be so overwhelming for his family to navigate through this long and painful process. It must be even more frustrating when rumors and misinformation start to spread. I hope people are mindful about sharing unverified information and focus on supporting the family during this incredibly painful time.
