I can't get Ny’Angleo's face out of my mind after seeing his picture in the news. What an unbelievably devastating loss for his family and the community. It's hard to wrap my head around how a little one could have gotten hold of a gun in the first place. I really hope this leads to more awareness about the importance of gun safety and keeping firearms out of reach of children. The adults in the apartment had a huge responsibility to keep those kids safe, and it's so upsetting to think about how their actions—or lack thereof—contributed to this tragedy. My heart goes out to the folks who knew and loved Ny'Angleo; they must be going through a lot right now. I'm at a loss for words over how something like this could happen.
