I still can't stop thinking about the tragic loss of Kavanian Palmer. I wasn't fortunate enough to know him personally, but from everything I've read and heard, he seemed like a truly remarkable young man with a big heart. Kavanian stepped up when others might have looked the other way, which makes his death even more painful to comprehend. Something that stands out to me is the courage it takes to intervene in such a situation, especially not knowing how it might end. It breaks my heart to think about how his life was taken so abruptly when he was only trying to do the right thing. His story really sheds light on the risks people take when they choose to act selflessly in the face of danger. It's incredibly sad that his bravery wasn't met with the world changing for the better. Sending love and support to the Palmer family. No one should have to go through what they're experiencing, and it's important that we continue to support victims' families long after the media spotlight fades. They deserve peace and justice, and it's up to us to help ensure their stories are remembered.
