It’s really unsettling knowing that Connor Green’s case is still unsolved after almost a year. I can’t even begin to imagine what his family and friends must be going through. I noticed that it was mentioned he was sitting in his car when it happened — does anyone know if he was meeting someone there, or could it have been a random act? This part of Minneapolis isn’t exactly unfamiliar with crime, but it’s still jarring to see another young life ended too soon. My heart goes out to everyone who knew him. Let's hope justice is found soon.

Hey everyone,
I've been thinking a lot about the nature of community surveillance and the role it plays in cases like Connor Green's. It's gut-wrenching to see young lives being taken so violently, and it makes me wonder if having more community-based solutions might help prevent such tragedies. Are security cameras, neighborhood patrols, or community watch programs effective in making areas safer, or do they just provide more evidence after the fact rather than deterring crime in the first place?
I'm curious about what you all think—especially if you're from the Minneapolis area or have experiences with such initiatives. Could stronger community surveillance have made any difference in preventing this particular incident or at least in apprehending the suspects more swiftly? Hugging my loved ones a little tighter tonight. Let's discuss.
