I've been following the case of Lonnie Vandell Mitchell III and just can't shake the feeling of helplessness imagining what his family must be going through. It sounds like he was taken from them in such a sudden, violent way. I noticed there were about a dozen shell casings found at the scene, which makes me wonder about the motive—it's almost like someone really had it out for him.
