Hey everyone, I’ve been following the tragic case of Robert Raymond Jacobs Jr. and his younger brother, Shawn, since it happened, and my heart goes out to their families. I was just thinking about the area where it all took place — near the Kansas River in the 14th and Gage neighborhood. It just seems like such a peaceful spot for something so horrible to happen. Does anyone have insights into whether that area has had issues before? I've read that sometimes places with scenic views can harbor hidden tensions because everyone knows everyone in smaller communities.
