Hey everyone, I’ve been thinking a lot about the impact something like this has on the employees of the place where it happened. I can’t imagine how traumatic it must be for them to have been there that day and to go to work every day now with such a heavy memory attached to that place. Working at a gun range probably already comes with its own set of responsibilities and risks, but dealing with the aftermath of such a tragic incident must be another level entirely. The mental and emotional toll on the staff must be huge, not to mention how they must feel about going back to work in the same environment. I hope they're all getting the support they need to deal with this. If anyone knows of any resources available for employees affected by incidents like this, please share. Sending strength and thoughts to Audra’s family, friends, and everyone involved. The ripple effects of these tragedies are so widespread, and I wish comfort and healing for everyone touched by it.
