I've been following the discussion around Kevin Rogers' murder, and something that's been on my mind is how Curtis Stacker managed to get his hands on a firearm, given his prior record. I’ve been following Kevin Rogers’ case, and something that sticks with me is the location where it happened. Barnett Avenue isn’t exactly notorious for crime, from what I understand, but it just shows that violence can strike anywhere. It breaks my heart to think about how Kevin could have been just outside his home, a place where anyone should feel safe, and then this happens.
