I've been following the tragic case of Ricardo Bishop-Wilkins, and while there seems to be so much that remains unknown about what happened on that awful day in DC, there's one detail that really sticks with me. I've heard from a few sources that it was a particularly quiet night in the area where it happened. Does anyone know if there were any witnesses or if nearby residents heard anything unusual? It just seems odd that in the middle of a city, such a terrible act could occur without any immediate leads. My thoughts are with Ricardo's family as they continue to seek justice and answers.
