Has anyone looked into the timeline of events leading up to the dismissal of Curtis Edwards' case? I find it so puzzling that no specific reasons were given when the prosecutor requested to drop it. Was there a lack of evidence, or did they discover new information that wasn't made public? It's hard to accept that James Tyrone Eaton's family might still not have closure because of this. I can't imagine how difficult it must be for them to see a case just fade away without clear explanations. If anyone has more insights or theories, I'd love to hear them.
Wow, it’s so frustrating to hear about cases like James Tyrone Eaton’s. How do they gather enough evidence to charge someone like Curtis Edwards and then later just drop it without prejudice? I can’t even imagine how James’ family must feel, seeing someone potentially involved just walk free. And there’s that surveillance footage too. I wonder if there might be more going on behind the scenes that we aren’t aware of, like maybe issues with evidence or witness credibility? It's just tough to see and makes you hope that justice will find a way eventually. What do you all think might have been the reason behind the case being dropped so abruptly?
