I’ve been following the case of Donnell Myers and can’t stop thinking about the other victim who was also shot and survived. There's been a lot of focus on Donnell's tragic death, rightfully so, but does anyone have information about how the other person is doing? It must be incredibly traumatic to go through something like this—not just physically, but emotionally as well. I can't imagine how hard it must be for them trying to heal while also living in uncertainty about who did this and if they’re still out there. If anyone has any updates or knows of any support being offered to them, that would be really important to know. It just reminds you how violence doesn’t just impact those who are lost, but ripples through the lives of survivors and their loved ones.
I just stumbled upon the tragic case of Donnell Myers, and my heart goes out to his family and friends. It’s absolutely gut-wrenching to see that such violence continues in our communities. Has anyone heard anything about the second victim? I know Myers didn’t survive, but I’m curious if there’s any update on how the other person is doing—whether they’re recovering or if they’re able to provide any leads to the police. It’s baffling there’s still no word on suspects or any progress on the investigation. If anyone's local to the area, have there been any community meetings or rallies focusing on this case? Sometimes, collective strength and awareness can really push these investigations forward. I hope justice is served soon in honor of Donnell.
