On April 28, 2023, in Cleveland, Texas, 31-year-old Julisa Molina Rivera was among five individuals fatally shot in a tragic incident. The events unfolded when a neighbor, Francisco Oropeza, was reportedly firing his AR-15 rifle in his yard late at night.
