Has anyone looked into Russell Mandigo’s old work sites from his construction business? Sometimes these older cases involve places that were significant to the missing person. Since he had a long career in Newport, WA, it could be helpful to review any locations he frequently visited or had projects at. Maybe there’s someone in the area who remembers seeing him around those times? Just thinking that someone might have noticed something odd but didn’t connect it to his disappearance back then.
