I’ve been following Cassandra Lee Cassidy’s case closely, and it’s truly distressing to think about how an ordinary day at work turned into such a devastating event. One detail that stands out to me is the bravery of Raven Gordon and the other female who found themselves in such a terrifying situation. It's unimaginable to think of how desperate and scared they must have been when they fled from that car. The horrific chain of events is just mind-boggling, especially considering how young some of the suspects were. It’s hard to comprehend how a 15-year-old could be involved in something so violent. Delving into the life of someone like Cassandra, who dedicated her career to helping others break free from addiction, makes the senselessness of her loss hit even harder. My heart goes out to her family and friends, especially her mom, Carol Kirkum, who has shown incredible strength facing those charged with her daughter's murder. I hope the legal process brings some closure and justice for Cassandra’s family, even though nothing can ever truly make up for the impact of this tragedy.
