Just imagine the immense pain and trauma he must carry, discovering his own daughter in such a horrific way. It's a perspective we don't often discuss, but these silent victims—family members, friends—are left to pick up the pieces for the rest of their lives. I can't help but think of all the milestones Paula will never reach and how her family will forever have an empty seat at the table. While justice has been served with Giovanni's sentencing, it never truly feels like enough when a young life is taken so violently. My heart goes out to the Davis family during this time, and I hope they find some semblance of peace as they continue to honor Paula's memory. ?
