Has anyone else been following the case of Diane and Elmer Bauer in North Las Vegas? I came across their story again today and it's just such a terrible situation. My heart goes out to their family and friends — I can't even begin to imagine what they're going through right now. I've been thinking a lot about how often these tragedies happen and it feels like the motivations can be so hard to understand from the outside. The fact that the investigation didn't turn up any clear motives or prior incidents is really unsettling. I know it's not easy to talk about, but it seems crucial that we keep having these discussions openly. Maybe it could help prevent future tragedies. Would love to hear what others in the community think about this, especially since there’s been no real indication of what might have led to such a devastating decision. How do we even begin to make sense of these things?
