Did anyone else find it puzzling that there seems to be such little information regarding the investigation into Officer Barner's death? I was reading about this incident from 1909, and it's hard to wrap my mind around how such a significant event seems to lack documentation, especially considering it involved a police officer. I wonder if records were lost over time or if there simply wasn't much of an investigation back then. It must be incredibly frustrating for his family to have such limited details. If anyone has more info or theories on why this might be the case, I'd love to hear your thoughts. I think it's important to remember Officer Barner's dedication and courage, even if we don't have all the answers.
