Was anyone else moved by the story of Jarvis E. Johnson and the unsolved nature of his case? I can’t imagine the pain his family must still endure every day, not only from losing him so young but also from the lack of closure after all these years. It’s hard to comprehend how a young life could be taken so abruptly, and yet no one has been brought to justice. I keep thinking about that day in February '99 on Quentin Street—what could have possibly led to such a senseless act? These are neighborhoods where people live and kids play, and it's distressing to think that something like this could happen there. There’s no suspect information, which makes it even more frustrating to think that someone out there knows something and hasn’t come forward. If anyone was in the area that day and saw anything, or if you’ve heard something over the years, even if it seems minor, it might be worth reporting. It could make all the difference to his family who deserves answers after these long years. Stay strong, Jarvis’s loved ones—you’re not forgotten.
