Hey everyone,
I've been following the tragic case of Cesar Chavez-Aguina, and it's so difficult to see another young life cut short like this. Something that's been on my mind is the role community support can play in unsolved cases. Does anyone here have experience with Crime Stoppers or similar programs? I’ve read they can be quite helpful in gathering tips, but I wonder how effective they are in situations like this, where there just seems to be no movement. Maybe someone with some insight or background in these community initiatives can chime in? It would be great if local residents in Denver could spread awareness and perhaps encourage anyone who might know something to come forward.
It’s so important that we keep Cesar’s memory alive and continue to push for answers. My heart goes out to his friends and family—hoping they find some peace and that justice eventually prevails for him.
Stay safe out there, everyone.

I wonder how often the Cold Case Unit revisits these unsolved cases. With advancements in DNA and forensic technology, I'm hopeful there might be a chance of progress eventually.
