Hey everyone, I can’t stop thinking about this awful case in Colorado Springs. My heart truly goes out to Lucero and her precious little ones. I keep reading about how close-knit the family was, and it just makes this even harder to comprehend. I’m especially haunted by the fact that the community seems to be rallying around the memory of Lucero, Laela, and Rodolfo. From everything I’ve gathered, Lucero was such a devoted mom who did everything for her kids. It’s terrifying to think about how domestic violence can erupt into something so unimaginably tragic. Has anyone heard how the family is coping and if there's any way the community can help them right now? It’s just devastating beyond words. Sending love to all those impacted.
Just came across this case, and it's so incredibly sad to think about the impact this has had on the community and those who knew Lucero and her beautiful children, Laela and Rodolfo. As someone who grew up in a small town, I know how tight-knit these communities can be, and it's devastating to lose three people like this suddenly.
