Have any of you looked into the logistics of the train ride Francisco Pimentel was on when he went missing? I mean, are there records or manifests of who boarded and got off at each stop? It seems odd that nobody noticed anything amiss during the journey. I wonder if anyone else on that train saw or recalls anything unusual. There must have been other passengers traveling for Boston or maybe college students heading back to school around that time, who might have overheard something or seen him interact with someone. I’ve also read that Amtrak sometimes reassigns passengers if they’re upgrading their tickets or if there are changes due to scheduling issues. Who knows if any of these logistical hitches could’ve played a role in the events of that day? If there are any train enthusiasts or anyone with experience in Amtrak operations, maybe you could shed some light on how train operations ran back in the 1970s. Sometimes the smallest detail or piece of info can make all the difference.
