Has anyone else looked into the timeline discrepancies in Janet Callies' case? I've been trying to piece together her last known movements, and something just isn't sitting right with me. She called her daughter at 7:30 p.m., but the Sundowner was known to be pretty busy on Wednesday nights, especially around that time. If she was there for a drink before picking up her daughter, who saw her and can pinpoint her exact time at the bar? Moreover, does anyone know if the Sundowner's staff or patrons from that night were ever thoroughly questioned? It seems like such a crucial detail that might've gone overlooked given how bustling the place could be. Also, the fact that her Dodge Dart vanished without a trace is mind-boggling. A car isn't something that easily disappears, especially back in 1978. Could it have been stripped for parts, or was it possibly overlooked somewhere under the radar? I'm new to this forum, so I might be missing some details that have already been discussed, but I believe these areas could use more scrutiny. Would love to hear your thoughts or theories.
