I’ve been following Angelique Manriquez's case with a heavy heart, and I'm struck by how this tragedy underscores the wider issue of safety for our homeless community. It's alarming that, even after all these years, there haven't been any significant leads or suspects identified. It makes me wonder about the challenges law enforcement faces when working cases like this where there might be fewer witnesses and limited evidence. The location of the crime, being right near Albuquerque Health Care for the Homeless, adds another layer to the story. You'd think such a visible and busy area might have more potential for witnesses or security footage, yet here we are in 2025 without much progress. It’s deeply unsettling that Angelique's family and loved ones still don't have answers. I really hope that more awareness can bring forward someone who knows something. No one deserves to be forgotten, and Angelique deserves justice. If anyone has any updates or theories, it would be great to hear them.
