Hi everyone, I've been following Mark Lee Solano's case, and something really bothers me about the broader situation in Albuquerque. It seems like this surge in violence is making it hard for law enforcement to prioritize cases, especially ones that should have had some traction by now. I can't imagine how Mark's family must feel, knowing that his case seems like it's constantly on the "back burner," as his brother mentioned. The overwhelming number of homicide cases must be daunting for the police, but each of these victims had loved ones who deserve closure. I'm hoping that the increased funds for community policing announced will actually lead to a breakthrough—not just for Mark's family, but for anyone else who’s lost someone to this senseless violence. Has anyone else noticed how the community's efforts to help victims’ families seem to be growing stronger lately? It's a small silver lining, but maybe these collective pushes for justice can make a difference. My thoughts and prayers are with Mark's family and all those affected by this troubling trend. Let's hope for some progress soon.

Does anyone have any updates or theories on why Mark's case seems to be stalling? I can't help but wonder if there's something deeper going on with the lack of progress. It's really troubling that it’s been over two years, and still, no arrests have been made. What could be causing the delay? Is it really just a resource issue? His family must be going through so much—especially his children. I read about what an amazing father he was and how much he adored Miliana and Markus. I can't imagine how difficult it must be for them growing up without him. It's so important for them to see justice served. Keeping Mark's loved ones in my thoughts. Let's hope that with more community awareness and support, we can help keep the pressure on to get those much-needed answers and finally find some closure for Mark's family.
