I was reading about David Hernandez and the shooting at the South Capitol Rail Runner Station, and it just makes me think about the impact of violence on communities like Santa Fe. It's so unsettling to know that such a senseless act can ripple through so many lives. David sounded like a truly devoted father and family man. His kids will never get to hug him or hear his voice again, and that's just so unbelievably sad. I can't even imagine what his family is going through right now. Also, I can't help but think about public safety—it's scary to think that something like this happened at a train station where people expect to feel safe. Do any locals here have insights on how residents are dealing with this on a daily basis? Is there a community effort to improve safety, or are discussions mostly focused on bringing justice?
