Hey everyone,
I've been following the Brighton Bowl murders and am particularly struck by the actions of John Flynn and Michael Fabbri that morning. Can you imagine being in their shoes, witnessing something so seemingly routine that ultimately played a crucial part in a murder investigation? It must have been haunting for Flynn to see the photo of the driver on TV and recognize him. I'm curious how often gut feelings like his play a role in solving cases like this. How do people decide to speak up based on a fleeting encounter? Sending thoughts to the families of George, Donald, Brian, and David. They deserve justice and peace.
Would love to hear if anyone knows more about how eyewitness identifications impact investigations today compared to back then.
Stay safe all,
