Has anyone else been following the case of Kelby Ramos and the situation with Samuel Mathieu? It’s baffling to me how, even after all this time, there's still uncertainty about the status of his state murder charges. I know the federal case was a big deal, but justice for Kelby seems to be lingering in limbo. It must be incredibly frustrating and painful for Kelby’s family and friends not to have that closure. For someone as talented and loved as Kelby, who had so much to give and live for, I hope this doesn’t fade into the background.
