Does anyone else find it extremely suspicious that Jeffrey Moulder wasn’t charged with Samuel Waters' murder despite allegedly confessing to the crime? I mean, if there's a confession and evidence of him trying to cover it up, like burning and burying the remains, what more do they need to make an arrest? Even the confession itself, if true, should carry some weight in court. It's mind-boggling how someone can admit to such a heinous act and still be free. The justice system can be so frustrating sometimes. Waters had so much ahead of him, and his family deserves some closure. What’s even more troubling is the potential risk to the community with Moulder still out there. I hope there’s more to this investigation because it feels like justice is moving at a snail’s pace.
