Samuel Waters, a 21-year-old from Lawrenceville, Georgia, went missing on January 4, 2015. He was last seen leaving his home with a friend, Jeffrey Moulder, to buy beer. Moulder later claimed that Waters asked to be dropped off near a Walmart, and he was never seen again. Investigators now believe that Waters was murdered by Moulder, who is the prime suspect in the case.
