Samuel Thomas Waters, a 21-year-old from Lawrenceville, Georgia, disappeared on the night of January 4, 2015. He was last seen leaving his home with an acquaintance, Jeffry Emerson Moulder, with the intention of going to a nearby convenience store to buy beer. Moulder later claimed that Waters had abruptly asked to be let out of the car near a Walmart on Hurricane Shoals Road, and that he had not been seen since.
