Anyone else find the delay in notifying Robert's family understandable yet distressing? I can't help but feel for them, being out of the loop amidst such a tragic event. It’s a good reminder of how important it is to have a plan in place for these types of emergencies. Just imagining what it must have been like for them—waiting and possibly sensing something was wrong without any confirmation—makes this situation even more poignant. Robert was my uncle. His next of kin, my father, was easy to find; there shouldn’t have been a delay in locating him & making him aware of what happened.

My dad told me he doesn’t believe that it was self-inflicted & he is adamant that he was murdered.
