Has anyone else been following the case of George B. Anderson's murder? The impact of such a young life lost is devastating, and it’s just one part of the broader issue we're seeing in Chicago. I recently read that January 2016 saw a 60% increase in homicides compared to the previous year, which is staggering. The neighborhood where George was killed was one of many affected by this surge in violence. It's incredibly sad to think about the dangers young people like George face daily. What measures do you think can be taken to curb this kind of violence? There has to be a way to keep our communities safe, especially for young lives full of potential that are being cut short. My heart goes out to George's family and all the families affected during this period. How do we start to encourage meaningful change?
