I’ve been following the case of Joshua Martin and something has been on my mind regarding the timing of the incident. It’s so tragic that such a young life was taken in the early hours of the morning. It makes me wonder about his plans or what might have led him to be on Donald Avenue at that time. Was he coming from visiting friends, or maybe grabbing a late-night snack? Sometimes knowing the small details of a victim's last hours can give us a deeper understanding and empathy for the person behind the news story. It’s just heartbreaking to think about the fear and confusion he must have felt in those final moments. My thoughts are really with his family and friends; they must be devastated, trying to piece together the events leading up to such a senseless act. I truly hope they find some peace with the progress being made in the investigation.
