I'm really puzzled by the location of the incident at the Americana hotel. Does anyone else find it odd that Patrick Burton, who was from Kansas City, was in Des Moines at all, and specifically near the airport? Was he traveling for business or visiting someone? I can't help but wonder if his trip was connected to the unfortunate events that led to his death. It's such a painful loss for Burton's family and friends. If anyone understands more about the purpose of his visit or had seen anything that night, it might help piece together this tragic situation. My heart goes out to those affected, and I sincerely hope there's some clarity and justice for Patrick.
