Does anyone else find the lack of motive in this case truly baffling? I can’t stop thinking about how Chasidy Gerber and Martin Barron were just living their lives, and then this senseless act happened. It's like a nightmare for the families and friends who knew them. My heart really goes out to them as they try to come to terms with this. I've been reading about Kennedy Lund, and I can’t figure out what would drive him to commit such a horrific act, especially when he had no prior criminal history. How do you walk over to your neighbors and do something so unthinkable? It's chilling. Does anyone have theories about what might have caused him to snap? Maybe something personal we don’t know about? I wish there were more answers, if only to give some small sense of closure to everyone affected by this tragedy.
