On June 26, 2018, 37-year-old Chasidy Gerber and 33-year-old Martin Barron were fatally shot in West Valley City, Utah. The incident occurred near 1400 West and 3350 South, where both victims resided in a trailer situated behind the home of the suspect, 23-year-old Kennedy Lund. According to reports, Lund, unclothed and armed with an AR-15 rifle, approached the trailer occupied by Gerber and Barron.
