Ok, So this is what happened, Tony was driving home from work , he was on hwy 40 in Ballard when Tony who was behind a co worker when the co worker turned off Hwy 40 to proceed home they flipped each other off and said "see you on the dark side' when they returned to work they would be working graveyard.. The truck behind Tony was inpatient and abruptly / aggressively passed Tony as tony was flipping off his co worker>now at one point I remember the FBI telling me about this encounter and how Cuch believed that it was intended for him, they both continued on hwy 40 and both turned at Bottle hallow as the reached the police station and the trucks passenger was on the phone with the police they turned into the police parking lot Tony slowed down and continued on his way home. This is where it could and should have all ended but as we know it did not . Why they chose to leave the police station parking lot is beyond me, They did and caught up to Tony noe they say that Tony break checked them, There is no sign on the trucks black box I was told of any break checking They were both approaching a curve in the road that one would need to slow down for. The large truck ( SILVERADO ) rear ended Tonys Tacoma crushing the back Tailgate and bumper into the bed of the Tacoma . Tony was shot in the Twice once in the left shoulder bullet exited out the left arm pit and once in the chest . In the police report Cuch reported being afraid of being push over the side of the mountain which is no mountain but a side of the road with a guard rail and a slop leading into the field aslo reported being pushed to the ground and feared he would be pushed down again so that when he used his gun I dont understand how he shot tony in the should with the exit being the armpit when you are on the ground Tonys 6"3 BTW My name is Diana Wymer, Tonys wife

I've been following the tragic Fort Duchesne case, and it's just so tough to wrap my head around how quickly things escalated. A simple drive home from work turned into a deadly confrontation. The part that strikes me the most is how Tony and the other driver ended up in a police station parking lot first. I can't help but wonder if there were any missed opportunities for de-escalation there.
It's also unsettling to know that, despite the arrest, so much about the suspect and the charges remains unknown. Being on tribal land, this case is under federal jurisdiction. It's understandable, but I can imagine how frustrating the wait must be for Tony's family, not having clear answers or a sense of closure. We need to remember there’s a grieving family who deserves justice and peace in this difficult time. They’re in my thoughts for sure.
