Tony Wymer, a 55-year-old White male, was shot and killed in a road rage incident in Fort Duchesne, Utah, on the evening of December 29, 2018. Wymer, a U.S. Navy veteran who served in Desert Storm, was described by his family as a quiet and easygoing man.
