Just wanted to share some thoughts on Walter Deklyn's case. It’s really haunting to think about how isolated he seemed to everyone around him. It’s easy for us to overlook the signs when someone might be struggling, especially when they become more reclusive. Living alone after losing a loved one must have been incredibly difficult for him, and it's devastating to think about the immense pressure he was under, not just emotionally but financially too. I hope his story serves as a reminder for all of us to check in on our neighbors and friends, especially those who might be withdrawn or going through tough times. We never know when a small act of kindness might make a difference in someone's life. My heart goes out to any family or friends who knew him and to the community that must have been shocked by this loss.
