I’ve been following the case and I keep thinking about Anthony Fusco. As a retired corrections officer and a U.S. Coast Guard veteran, he must have been such a protective figure in Katie’s life. It breaks my heart to imagine his final moments, suddenly facing such senseless violence. I can't help but wonder how he felt trying to protect Katie, probably instinctively trying to shield her from harm despite the danger they were both in. He seemed like the kind of person who would always put others before himself, and it's just devastating that his life ended the way it did. Sending thoughts and prayers to the Fusco family and to everyone affected by this tragedy. They didn’t deserve this, and it’s crucial that we keep their memories alive amidst such a disturbing storyline.

I've been thinking a lot about the courage it must have taken for Anthony Fusco to stand by Katie as her adoptive father, especially considering the distressing circumstances surrounding their deaths. It's clear from the reports that Anthony was a rock for Katie, trying to protect her after everything hit the fan with Steven. It's just unimaginable what they went through together.
It’s gut-wrenching to know that someone who dedicated his life to service as a correctional officer and Coast Guard veteran had his life ended so tragically. Anthony seemed like the kind of person who truly stepped up when family needed him the most, embracing Katie and providing her with safety. He clearly cared deeply for her, and that kind of love and support is something truly special.
