Hey everyone, I'm curious if anyone else has been pondering the role of surveillance footage in Derrick Nichols' case. It's a bit unsettling how critical this evidence can be and yet so complex to interpret. We know the CT Supreme Court reversed the conviction partly because of excluded expert testimony about this footage.
