Did anyone else hear about the involvement of Kris Anderson, the University of Arkansas student, during the Basore farm tragedy? I can't imagine the terror he must have felt hiding in that storm cellar. It's incredible how quick thinking and a bit of luck can make such a difference in surviving such a horrific event. I keep thinking about how he and Mrs. Harmon managed to stay calm under such terrifying circumstances. It's important to remember that these survivors will carry the emotional scars of that day for a lifetime. Does anyone know if Kris shared his story publicly later on, or how he's been coping with the aftermath all these years? It's important we support those who went through such trauma, even as the years go by.
