I recently came across the tragic case of Briani Nichole Duhon and Craig Green Jr., and it's been weighing on my mind. What struck me particularly was Briani's determination and passion for education. Here was someone who had already achieved a Political Science degree and was ambitiously pursuing a career in nursing. She must have had such a bright future ahead of her, juggling her studies and motherhood. It's incredibly sad to think about the potential that was lost on that day. Knowing she had just seven months to go before completing her nursing degree, I can't help but feel for her loved ones, especially her young son who will grow up without his mother’s love and guidance. It serves as a stark reminder of the impact of domestic violence—not only at the moment but for years to come for those left behind. My thoughts go out to her family and friends during this incredibly difficult time.

Hey everyone, I’ve been following the Madden Road case involving Briani Duhon and Craig Green. I keep thinking about Briani’s little boy, Carsen. Can you imagine the trauma he has to deal with as he grows up knowing he lost his mom like this? It’s just gut-wrenching. I hope that his family gets all the support they can to help him heal and thrive in spite of this tragedy. It’s so important for these young kids to have stable and loving environments, especially after something so devastating. Sending strength to Carsen and his family. Anyone know if there are resources or community support systems helping out the family? Would love to hear if there's anything being done or if we can help.
