I’m not from Phoenix, but does anyone familiar with the area know what it's typically like there around 9:45 p.m.? Is it a busy area, or more quiet and deserted at that time of night? The thought of Kipp being caught off guard in what might be a relatively bustling or eerily empty area is unsettling, to say the least. I've been following the Kipp Gray case, and I can't stop thinking about the strange circumstances surrounding the location where this all happened. It's hard to imagine what was going through Kipp's mind when he approached that vehicle.
