I've been thinking a lot about the tragic death of Charles Brent Gant, and I can't get over the deep impact this must have had on his children, Symya and Charlesha. It's hard to comprehend how they must feel, losing a parent under such traumatic circumstances. Regardless of his past, Charles was a father, and now these young children have to navigate the world without him. I really hope they have a strong support system to help them through this difficult time. The loss of a parent is never easy, especially when it's so sudden and violent. My thoughts are with them as they try to find peace and healing.
