Has anyone heard any updates on whether the police have gotten any closer to making an arrest in Cornelius Borum's case? It's so distressing to think that such a well-respected member of the community lost his life in this senseless act of violence. Cherry Street used to feel like a safe place for families, and now it just feels... different. I can't shake the image of Cornelius lying there, and it's disheartening to know the person responsible is still out there. Hoping for justice, not just for his family, but for the peace of mind of everyone in Helena-West Helena. If anyone's heard anything new, and they feel comfortable sharing, please do. Let's keep Cornelius's memory alive and help his loved ones find some closure.

I've been following the case of Cornelius Borum, and I can't stop thinking about the impact his sudden loss has had on his family and the community. It's so unsettling to think about how quickly everything can change from a single senseless act. I remember reading about how dedicated he was to his family and friends, often going out of his way to help others. It's so tragic that someone like him, who brought so much good to those around him, was taken away in such a violent manner. I've read through several articles and threads, and it's really frustrating that no arrests have been made. It's as though his case is just floating out there, unresolved, which must be incredibly hard for his loved ones to bear. I can't even imagine how they must feel, waiting for answers and justice. It's baffling to me that in this day and age, we can have someone in our community taken from us like this and yet be left without closure. I've been thinking that maybe more people sharing their memories and stories about Mr. Borum might keep the case in the public eye, and encourage someone with information to come forward. Does anyone know if local groups are doing anything like a vigil or memorial to honor him and keep the conversation alive? It seems like it's often the little things that can really bring a community together and maybe make a difference.
